1. Introduction

2. Design requirements:

(1) Materials are loaded in stages manually;
(2) The wire feeding mechanism is automatically fed;
(3) The program can adjust the wire feeding length, stripping length and twisting parameters;
(4) Peel the front end of the wire and rivet it (optional), and check whether there are riveted terminals;
(5) The horizontal components are sheared to a fixed length by the vibrating plate through the shearing mechanism;
(6) The processed wire and components are transferred to the CNC belt machine for riveting;
(7) After the riveting is completed, the material is automatically unloaded to complete a cycle.
(8) Using human-machine interface and CNC controller, it has alarm functions for wireless materials or lack of materials, coiling and other abnormal shutdowns.
(9) All parts are blackened, chromed, and anodized. The frame and sheet metal are made of cold-cut plate paint and stainless steel 304. The mechanical part is equipped with a safety protective cover.
