During operation, the wire pay-off method is moved left and right on the plane to shorten the distance between the blade and the clamping base, so that special short wires that cannot be peeled by ordinary types can be used with this machine without the worry of pinching or burning fingers. There is also a double-knife design, peeling and cutting at one time, adding or removing gaskets to a fixed length, accurately and quickly, and the air blowing device can automatically remove the wire scraps left after peeling.
